Viewing non-billable services

In this page, you can view non-billable services details for which the service price list is applicable. Details such as work unit type, work unit code, description, flat material cost, flat resource rate per hour, miscellaneous cost and authoring org.units are displayed in the multiline.
Select the “View Non Billable Services” link from the bottom of the “View Service Price List Details” page.
The “View Non Billable Services” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Price List Details” group box:

Service Price List # |
The number identifying the service price list. |

Revision# |
The revision number of the service price list. |
|
Description |
The textual description of the service price list. |
|
Status |
The status of the service price list. |
|
Currency |
The currency of the service price list. |
|
Price List Category |
The price list category of service price list. |
The system displays the following in the “Work Unit Details” group box:

Work Unit Type |
The type of the non- billable work unit. |

Work Unit# |
The number identifying the work unit that is not billable. |
|
Work Unit Desc |
The textual description of the work unit. |
|
Flat Material Cost |
The material cost that will be incurred on the work unit. |

Flat Resource Rate/Hr |
The flat rate per hour for the resource |
|
Misc.Cost |
Any extra cost that will be incurred on the work unit |
|
Authoring Org Units |
The authoring organizational unit. |
