Help on service pricelist

This page allows you to search and select the service pricelist number and transfers the same to the field in which it is required. You can carry out the search using the service pricelist number, currency, pricelist category, status, Part Pricelist # and the validity period. The system retrieves all the service pricelists, for which “Effective From Date” falls earlier than the current system date, based on the other search criteria entered. The selected service pricelist is transferred to the required page.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Pricelist # / Rev. #” field in the"Manage Service Pricelist" page.

The “Help On Service Price List ” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for service price list:

Service Price List #	The code identifying the service price list (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character.
Description	The textual description of the service price list (Alphanumeric, 255).
Price List Category	Use the drop down list box to specify the category to which the service price list belongs. The system displays all the categories that are in the “Active” Status as defined in the “Category” business component.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the service pricelist number that you wish to retrieve in the multiline. You can select from the options: “Active”, “Cancelled”, “Confirmed”, “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Inactive”, and “Returned”.
Currency	Use the drop-down list box to select the currency of the service pricelist number that you wish to retrieve in the multiline. The system lists all the currencies permitted for the company as defined in “Enterprise Setup” business component. By default, the system displays blank.
Part Pricelist #	The code identifying the part pricelist of the referred in a service pricelist that you wish to retrieve in the multiline. (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character.
Valid From	The date on/ after which the service pricelist is effective. . The system retrieves all the service pricelists with “Effective From Date” falling on or after the date specified here or “Effective To Date” falling on or after the date specified here.
Valid To	The date earlier than / until which the service pricelist remains valid.. Ensure that the “Valid To ” date is later than the “ Valid From” date. The system retrieves all the service pricelists with “Effective From Date” falling on or before the date specified here or “Effective To Date” falling on or before the date specified here.

Note: Leave all the fields blank, to retrieve all the service price lists available in the database.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to search for the service price list.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the search criteria entered:

Service Price List #	The code identifying the service price list.
Revision#	The revision number of the service price list.
Description	The textual description of the service price list.
Status	The status of the service pricelist.
Price List Category	The category to which the service price list belongs.
Currency	The currency of the service price list.
Effective From	The date from which the service price list is valid.
Effective To	The date until which the service price list remains valid.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the service price list.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
