View Customer Balance – A summary of the activity

There are situations when a supplier could also be a customer of the company. In such cases the payments to be made to the supplier can be adjusted when payment is pending from the customer. Hence, viewing the balance to be paid by the customer will be helpful. This activity allows you to view the customer balance. You can search for and select the customer details based on the payment and the credit document details.

If you want to include any additional comments regarding the customer balance information, you can also enter notes. The system maintains a history of these notes.
