Help on Default Activity

The role of this activity in the application creation life cycle

This screen is used to provide Help on activity to facilitate easier data entry.

Basic information about the activity and the mapping with the role and ouinstance.

There are no prerequisites for this activity.

Working with this screen

The screen provides the facility to Fetch activity and its details.
To fetch the Activity details, click on 'Fetch Activities for Role-Ou' button. The RoleName, Role Desc,OUInstanceID and OU Instance Description fields in the header can be used as filters to fetch the data in the multiline. Based on the selected row, data is transferred from this screen to the parent screen.

Description of the filter header fields

Role Name	Enter the Role Name. The Role Name can be maximum of 20 characters long and consist of alphanumeric characters. If no data is entered in this edit box, activities mapped to all the roles and their details get fetched. If any Rolename is entered, it acts as a filter for the result.
Role Desc	Enter the description of the Role here. The Role Description can be maximum of 60 characters long and consist of alphanumeric characters. If no data is entered in this edit box, activities mapped to all the Roles get fetched.If any data is entered, it will filter the result.
OU Instance	Enter the OUinstance ID/Name. The OUinstance ID can be an integer or Name can be 16 characters long and can consist of alphanumeric characters. If no data is entered in this edit box, all the activities mapped to the role-ou combination and their details will get fetched. If any OUinstance Detail is entered it acts as a filter for the result.
FilterOUDesc	Enter the OUinstance Desc. The OUinstance Desc must be 256 characters long and can consist of alphanumeric characters. If no data is entered in this edit box, all the activities mapped to the role-ou combination and their details will get fetched. If any OUinstance Desc is entered it acts as a filter for the result.

Role Name	The Role Name is fetched in this field.
Role Description	The Role Description is fetched in this field.
OU Instance	The OU Instance is fetched in this field.
OU Description	The OU Instance Descriotion is fetched in this field.
Activity	The Activity is fetched in this field.
Activity Description	The Activity Description is fetched in this field.
