Viewing the Carrier details

This page allows you to view the details of the carrier as selected in the previous page. You can also view the carrier additional address details and the carrier transportation details.

Select the “View Carrier” link in the “Select Carrier” page alternatively select the hyperlinked carrier code in the multiline of the same page.

The “View Carrier” page appears.

The system displays the following details in the “Carrier Information” group box:

Carrier Code	The code identifying the carrier.
Status	The status of the carrier.
Carrier Name	The name of the carrier.
Supplier Code	The code identifying the supplier, if the supplier is being defined as a carrier also.
Carrier Registered At	The organization unit at which the carrier is registered.
Carrier Language	The language for communication with the carrier.
Carrier Currency	The code identifying the currency used by the carrier.

The system displays the following details in the “Address Details” group box:

Address ID	The code identifying the address of the carrier. Zoom facility available.
Contact Person	The name of the person who has to be contacted regarding the carrier. Zoom facility available
Address Line1	The first line of the address of the carrier. Zoom facility available
Address Line2	The second line of the address of the carrier, if any. Zoom facility available
Address Line3	The third line of the address of the carrier, if any. Zoom facility available
City	The name of the city. Zoom facility available
State	The name of the state. Zoom facility available
Country	The name of the county. Zoom facility available
Zip Code	The code identifying the area. Zoom facility available
Phone	The phone number of the carrier.
E-Mail	The e-mail id of the carrier, if any.
URL	The uniform resource locator pertaining to the e-mail id. Zoom facility available
Effective From	The date starting from which, the carrier code becomes effective for recording transactions.
Effective To	The end date till which the carrier code is valid for recording transactions.

The system retrieves the following details in the “Reason Details” group box:

Reason Code	The code identifying the reason for activating or deactivating the carrier.
Reason	The description of the reason code.

The system displays the following details in the “Delivery Area Supported” multiline:

Delivery Area Code	The code identifying the area from where the goods are delivered.
Delivery Area Description	The description of the delivery area code.

The system displays the following fields:

Created By	The login user ID of the person who had last modified the carrier.
Created Date	The date on which the carrier was last modified.
Last Modified By	The login user ID of the person who defined the carrier.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the carrier was created.

To proceed carryout the following:

Check the “Select” Column in the multiline.
Select the “View Carrier Additional Addresses” link at the bottom of the “View Carrier” page.
Select the “View Carrier Transportation Details” link at the bottom of the “View Carrier” page.
