Help on Card User ID
This Help page allows you to search for and select a card user ID and transfer it to the field in which it is required.
You can carry out the search based on the employee ID and smart card user name. You can also specify the enrollment status of the employee. The system retrieves the IDs of all the employees based on the search criteria entered. The selected ID is transferred to the required page, when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Employee ID” field in the main page.
The “Help on Card User ID” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group-box:
Employee ID |
The code identifying the employee who is enrolled for the smart card application (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Smart Card User Name |
The name of the employee (Alphanumeric, 50). |
Enrolled |
Use the drop-down list box to select the enrollment status of the employee. The system lists the following options:

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:
Employee ID |
The code identifying the employee. |
Smart Card User Name |
The name of the employee. |
Status |
The enrollment status of the employee. |
Select the “Employee ID” and click the “OK” pushbutton.
