This page allows you to set the criterion to print multiple “Customer” receipts or “Sundry” receipts. Tell me more
Select the “Print Receipts” link under the “Reports – Receivable Management” business component.
The “Print Receipts” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Company Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company in which the receipts that you want to print have been raised. All the companies that are in the “Active” status and have been mapped to the login organization unit will be available for selection. |
BU |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the business unit in which the receipts have been raised. All the business units that are in the “Active” status and have been mapped to the selected company will be available for selection. |
Created At |
Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit in which the receipts that you want to print have been raised. All the organization units in which the “Receivables Management” business components have been deployed will be available for selection. |
Receipt Route |
Use the drop-down list box to select the method in which payment has been received. You can select from “All”, “Bank”, “Cash” or “PTT”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Receipt Mode |
Use the drop-down list box to select the mode in which the payment has been received. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Note: If “Sundry Receipt” is selected in the “Receipt Type” field all the modes that have been set for the company will be available.
Bank / Cash Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the bank / cash in which the payment has been received. |
Customer Code From |
The starting code in the range of customer codes for which you want to print receipts (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the receipts that have been raised on customers similar to the code entered in this field. |
Note: The code entered in this field must be before the code entered in the “To” field. This field must be left blank if “Sundry Receipts” is selected in the “Receipt Type” field.
To |
The ending code in the range of customer codes for which you want to print receipts (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the receipts that have been raised on customers similar to the code entered in this field. |
Note: This field must be left blank if “Sundry Receipts” is selected in the “Receipt Type” field.
Currency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the currency in which the receipts that you want to print have been raised. All the currencies that have been mapped to customer account codes in the “Account Rule Definition” business component will be available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Receipt No From |
The starting number in the range of receipt numbers from which you want to print (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the receipts that are similar to the value entered in this field. |
Note: The number entered in this field must be before or the same as the number entered in the “To” field.
To |
The ending number in the range of receipt numbers till which you want to print (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the receipts that are similar to the value entered in this field. |
Finance Book |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the finance book in which the receipts that you want to print have been posted. All the “Posting” finance books that have been mapped to the selected organization unit will be available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Receipt Amount From |
The starting amount in the range of receipt amounts for which the receipts that you want to print have been raised (Decimal). The amount entered in this field must be equal to or greater than zero. |
Note: The amount entered in this field must be lesser than or same as the amount entered in the “To” field.
To |
The ending amount in the range of receipt amounts for which the receipts that you want to print have been raised (Decimal). The amount entered in this field must be greater than zero. |
User ID |
The login ID of the user who created the receipt (Alphanumeric, 15). The system displays the login ID of the user by default on launch of the page. |
Receipt Date From |
The starting date in the date range during which the receipts that you want to print were raised (Date Format). |
Note: The date entered in this field must be before the date entered in the “To” field.
Receipt Date To |
The ending date in the date range during which the receipts that you want to print were raised (Date Format). The system date is displayed by default on launch of the page. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the receipts that you want to print. You can select from “All" "Fresh", "Draft', "Authorized", "Partly Adjusted", “Adjusted", "Returned", "Deleted" or "Held". The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Note: “All”, “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Authorized”, “To be Reversed”, “Returned” and “Reversed” will be available for selection if “Sundry Receipts” is selected in the “Receipt Type” field.
Document Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the document. |
Instrument Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the instrument. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Note: "All", "Bounced", “Deposited", "Realized" and “Received" will be available for selection only if “Sundry Receipts” is selected in the “Receipt Type” field.
Entry Point Page |
Select the check box to print the entry point page once. |
Click the “Print Receipts” pushbutton to print the receipts.
The system displays the receipts based on the search criteria entered. The receipts can be printed.
Receipts can be printed for the customer from the business component in which it has been raised. The first copy of any receipt will be the original copy. This copy could be printed directly from the corresponding business component or from this page. The multiple copies that are generated later would be marked as duplicate.
You can search by specifying the range of customers on whom the receipts have been raised. You can select the status of the invoices that you want to print. You can also search by specifying the range of receipts that you want to print and the login ID of the user who raised it. The system retrieves and prints copies of the receipts that have been retrieved based on the search criteria set.
