Table Name hwo_hwomrh_wo_mat_req_hdr

Table Comment Material Request is a document through which an user department communicates the need for material (required for execution of any activity) for a specific date to the respective stocking points i.e. warehouses. Document Status Details: 1) Draft: Whenever all details are not entered the transaction can be created in draft status. 2) Fresh: Whenever all details are entered the Material Request transaction can be created in fresh status. It can be also be attained while modifying the transaction, which is in ’draft’ status. 3) Authorized: MR attains this status in approve activity when the requirements are confirmed. An authorized MR transaction cannot be cancelled. Only ’Fresh’ transaction can be authorized. 4) Cancelled: Both draft as well as fresh transactions can be cancelled. Transactions of status ’draft’ can be cancelled in Create as well as Edit Material Request activity. Transactions of the type ’Fresh’ can be cancelled in Edit as well as Approve Material Request activity. 5) Partially issued: When some parts are issued against the material request and still some are balanced to be issued, MR document takes the Partially Issued Status. A Partially Issued MR can be Short Closed . 6) Issued : When the parts are issued on the returnable basis ,till the time they are being returned ,they are tracked under the Issued Status. 7) Short closed: After some parts are issued, when the need of balance parts is no more felt, then MR can be short closed during short closing activity. A short closed MR can not be transacted further. 8) Closed: If parts are requested on non returnable basis, then MR attains this status automatically, when the all the parts quantities requested (authorized) are issued. If parts are requested on returnable basis, then MR attains this status automatically, when the corresponding parts are returned for all the parts requested (authorized).
