The “Modify Revenue and Cost Projections" page appears. Enter the following  to identify the forecast that you want to modify.

Forecast #

 The identification number of the forecast. Mandatory.

Help facility available

Note: You can modify the details of a forecast only if its status is “Fresh”. The system does not allow you to change a forecast with the status of “Part Processed” or “Processed” status.

Amendment #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the amendment of the forecast. Mandatory. The system lists the amendments created for the forecast till date. The system displays the most recent amendment in the field, by default.

The system displays the following.

Status

The status of the forecast.

CC Structure ID

The identification number of the cost center structure.

CC Structure Description

The name / description of the cost center structure.

CE Structure ID

The identification number of the cost element structure.

CE Structure Description

The name/description of the cost element structure

Financial Year

Use the drop-down list box to specify the financial year. Mandatory. The system lists the financial years that are defined in the MAC Calendar and having the status “Open”.

Financial Period

Use the drop-down list box to select the financial period. Mandatory. The system lists the financial periods defined in the MAC Calendar for the specified financial year.

The system displays the following for the selected forecast in the multiline.

Cost Center

The identification number of the cost center.

Cost Center Description

The name/description of the cost center.

Cost Element

The identification number of the cost element.

Cost Element Description

The name/description of the cost element.

Financial Year #

The financial year.

Financial Period

The financial period of the forecast.

Amount

The revised amount of projected revenue/cost for the cost element.

Note: The system does the following,

1)       Updates the status of the forecast to “Modified”.

2)       Assigns a sequentially incremented, new amendment # for the forecast.
