Select the “Set Formula” link in the “maintain Forecasting Basis” page.
The “Set Formula” page appears.
The Element Details” group box displays the following.
CC Structure ID |
Use the drop-down list report to specify the cost center structure. The system displays the cost center structures defined in the Cost Setup component. |

Use the drop-down list report to specify the cost element structure. |
CC Structure Description |
The name / description of the cost center structure. |
CE Structure Description |
The name / description of the cost element structure. |
With Effect From |
The start-date of the effective period for the forecast. |
To Date |
The end-date of the effective period for the forecast. |
Cost Element |
This column displays the cost elements associated with the CE Structure ID selected in the “Search Criteria” group box. |

The identification number of the line comprising the formula. The system generates sequential line numbers. You can enter data in more than one line if the formula includes multiple clauses. |

Note: The result / product of the previous line becomes the input for the subsequent line.

The “Set Formula” page enables you to devise a formula to forecast revenue and cost for a cost element.
