This page allows you to set the criterion to view the forecast realization of the sale that has been made to a customer. Tell me more
Select the “Sales Realization Forecast” link under the “Reports – Receivable Management” business component.
The “Sales Realization Forecast” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Company Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company for which you want to view the sales realization forecast. All the companies that are in the “Active” status and have been mapped to the login organization unit will be available for selection. |
Business Unit ID |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the business unit for which you want to view the sales realization forecast. All the business units that are in the “Active” status and have been mapped to the selected company will be available for selection. |
Group Type Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of group to which the customers belong. All the customer group types that have been defined for the login organization unit will be available for selection. |
Customer Group Code From |
Use the drop-down list box to select the customer group from which you want to retrieve. All the customer group codes that have been defined for the selected group type will be available for selection. |
To |
Use the drop-down list box to select the customer group till which you want to retrieve. All the customer group codes that have been defined for the selected group type will be available for selection. |
Report Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of report you want to view. You can select from “Summary” to view a summary sales realization forecast report or you can select “Details” to view a detailed sales realization forecast report. |
Billing Point From |
Use the drop-down list box to select the billing point from which the invoices have been raised for the customer. All the organization units that have been designated as “Billing Points” for the installation will be available for selection. |
Note: The system retrieves all the invoices that have been raised on the customer in all the billing points that fall within the billing points selected in the “Billing Point From” and “To” fields.

Use the drop-down list box to select the billing point from which the invoices have been raised for the customer. All the organization units that have been designated as “Billing Points” for the installation will be available for selection. |
Customer Code From |
The starting code in the range of codes identifying customers on whom the invoices have been raised (Alphanumeric, 18). Mandatory. |

The ending code in the range of codes identifying the customers for whom the invoices have been raised (Alphanumeric, 18). Mandatory. |
As on Date |
The date on which the you want to view the sales realization forecast (Date Format). Mandatory. The system date is displayed by default on launch of the page. |
Document Type From |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of document for which you want to view a forecast of the sale realization. All the different types of documents that have been raised on the customer will be available for selection. |
Note: The system retrieves all the invoices that pertain to the types of documents that have been selected in the “Document Type From” and “To” fields.

Currency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the currency in which you want to view the sales realization forecast. All the currency codes that have been assigned to the login company will be available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Date From |
The starting date in the date range for which you want to view the forecast (Date Format). |
To |
The ending date in the date range for which you want to view the forecast (Date Format). The system date is displayed by default on launch of the page. |
Report ID |
Select the check box to print the Report ID on all the pages of the report. |
Entry Point Page |
Select the check box to print the entry point page once on the report. |
Click the “View Customer Sales Realization Report” pushbutton to view the report.
The system generates and displays the sales realization forecast based on the search criteria entered. This report can be printed. You can view the details of the customer and the date range during which the invoice was raised, the currency in which the sale will be realized along with the sum total of the realization.
Sales Realization Forecast – An overview
The pay term attached to an invoice gives the dates on which the payments are to be received from the customer. A company or a business unit can forecast the amount that would be received for a time period based on which the budgeting for the future activities can be made. The details of the forecast can be viewed for a said date.
You can search by specifying the company and the business unit for which you want to view the realization forecast. You can specify the range of customers and the date range during which the invoices were raised. You can also enter the date for which you want to view the realization forecast. The system retrieves and generates a forecast report based on the search criteria entered. You can view the details of the customer and the date range during which the invoice was raised, the currency in which the sale will be realized along with the sum total of the realization.
