Asset Schedule Information Report

The Asset Schedule Information Report is a report with the details of the company, the business unit, the segment, the asset class and the asset group all compressed in it. Tell me more

Select the “Asset Schedule Information” link under “Reports – Fixed Assets Management”.

The “Asset Schedule Information” page appears.

Enter the following fields:

Company / Segment / Business Unit	Use the drop-down list box to select the Company / Segment / Business Unit for which you want to view the schedule information report. You can select from “Company”, “Business Unit” or “Segment”. The system displays “Company” by default on the launch of the page.
Company / Segment / Business Unit	Use the drop-down list box to select the Company / Segment / Business Unit value for which you want to view the schedule information report. All the values that have been defined in the organization setup will be available for selection. Based on the selection in the Company / Business Unit / Segment, the corresponding values get loaded.
Asset Class From	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the asset class for which you want to view the schedule information report. All the values that have been deployed in the “Asset Type Definition” will be available for selection. The values must be defined for the “Company”, “Business Unit” or “Segment”. Based on the selection in the “Company”, “Business Unit” or “Segment”, the corresponding values get loaded.

Asset Group From	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the asset group for which you want to view the schedule information report. All the values that have been deployed in the “Asset Type Definition” will be available for selection. The system by default displays the first value loaded.

Note: You either select the Asset Class or the Asset Group. If any one of it is selected the other one must be blank.

Depreciation Book Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the depreciation book. All the depreciation books that have been deployed in the “Depreciation Setup Component” will be available for selection. The system by default displays the first value that is loaded.

Note: The depreciation books available for selection will also include “Corporate Books and Tax Books”.

Finance Book	Use the drop-down list box to select the finance book for which you want to view the schedule information report. All the finance books that have been deployed in the login organization unit of the company for the selected “Company” “Business Unit”, or “Segment” will be available for selection in the ascending order.
Currency	Use the drop-down list box to select the currency for which you want to view the schedule information report. All the currencies of the “Base Currency” and “Parallel Base Currency” that have been deployed in the login organization unit of the company will be available for selection. The system displays the “Base Currency” by default on the launch of the page.
Financial Year	Use the drop-down list box to select the financial year for which you want to view the schedule information report. All the financial years that have been defined in the “Financial Calendar Closure Component” will be available for selection. The system by default displays the first value loaded.
Financial Period	Use the drop-down list box to select the financial period for which you want to view the schedule information report. All the financial periods that have been defined in the “Financial Calendar Closure Component” will be available for selection. Based on the selection made in the “Financial Year”, the corresponding financial periods will get loaded. The system by default displays the first value loaded.
As on Date	The date on which the schedule information report is being generated (Date Format). The date must be the current system date. The system date by default will be displayed on the launch of the page.

Click the “Schedule Summary – Asset Classwise” pushbutton to view the schedule summary – asset classwise report.

The system allows you to view the schedule summary report in the asset classwise group. You can view the details for the values entered. The report displays the asset classwise summary breakup consisting of the asset class and the asset class description. The report also displays the original cost, the cumulative depreciation, the net book value and the capital work in progress amount for the finance book total, the depreciation book total and the grand total of the asset class. The report also displays the total that includes the capital work in progress.

The system allows you to view the schedule details report in the asset classwise breakup. You can view the details for the values entered. The report displays the asset classwise breakup consisting of the asset class description, the asset number and the asset description. The tag number and the tag description are also displayed. The opening balance, the addition, the deletion and the closing balance of the cost, depreciation and the net book value are also displayed. The report also displays the cost, depreciation and net book value in the breakup of the finance book total and depreciation book total.

The system allows you to view the schedule details report in the asset classwise details. You can view the details for the values entered. The report displays the cost, the depreciation and the net book value. The report also displays the opening balance of the capitalization and revaluation, the additions of the capitalization, transfer and revaluation, the deletions of retirement, transfer and revaluation and the closing balance of the capitalization and revaluation. You can also view the total amount for each account. The report also displays the cost, depreciation and net book value in the breakup of the finance book total and depreciation book total.

Click on the “Schedule Summary – Asset Groupwise” pushbutton to view the schedule summary – asset groupwise report.

The system allows you to view the schedule summary report of the asset group. You can view the details for the values entered. The report displays the asset groupwise summary breakup consisting of the asset class and the asset class description. The report also displays the opening balance, the addition, the deletion and the closing balance for the cost, depreciation, net book value and the work in progress asset group. The reports also displays the finance book total, the depreciation book total and the grand total in terms of the cost, depreciation, net book value, the work in progress and also including the capital work in progress.

Click the “Schedule Details with WIP” pushbutton to view the schedule details with the work in progress.

The system allows you to view the schedule details report with the capital work in progress for the asset group. You can view the details for the value entered. You can view a consolidated fixed asset report for the asset group. The report displays the schedule details of the asset group and the asset group description. The report displays the finance book total, the depreciation book total and the grand total, split into the original cost, the cumulative depreciation, the net book value and the capital work in progress. The report also displays the total including the capital work in progress.

Asset Schedule Information – An overview

This page allows you to view five different reports of the asset class and asset group inclusive of the capital work in progress. This page allows you to select the company, business unit or segment. Based on the selection the corresponding values get loaded. You can select from the asset class code to choose an asset class or you can select from the asset group code to choose an asset group. You can also select the type of the depreciation book in which you want to view the report. You can also select the finance book in which the corresponding financial year and the corresponding financial period details are loaded. You can specify a date indicating the date the report is being generated. The date must be the current system date. Based on the details entered you can view the reports of the asset class and the asset group.
