Cost Center / Unit Structure Listing Report

The Cost Center / Unit Structure Listing Report is a range of cost center / unit structure Ids for which you can view details of the structures. In addition you can also specify the status, the structure type, the levels and entry point for the structure Id. If the structure Ids is not selected the details of all cost center / unit structures are generated for the status and the structure type selected. You can view the report on based on the structure ID. The report also displays the cost center / unit and its description and also the parent cost center / unit and its description. The run date and the time of running of the report are also displayed.

Select the “Cost Center / Unit Structure Listing Report” link under the “Reports – Management Accounting” business component.

The “Cost Center / Unit Structure Listing Report” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Structure ID From	The starting code in the range of codes identifying the cost center / unit structure from which you want to generate the listing report (Alphanumeric, 10). The CC structure Id must have been mapped to the “CSET component”. The value entered in this field must be lesser than the value entered in the “To” field.
To	The ending code in the range of codes identifying the cost center / unit structure till which you want to generate the listing report (Alphanumeric, 10). The CC structure Id must have been mapped to the “CSET component”. The value entered in this field must be greater that the value entered in the “Structure ID From” field.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the cost center / unit structure for which you want to generate the listing report. You can select from “Both”, “Active” and “Inactive”. The system displays “Both” by default on the launch of the page.
Level From	The starting number in the range of level numbers identifying the level of the cost center / unit structure in which you want to generate the listing report (Decimal). The number entered in this field must be lesser than the number entered in the “To” field.
To	The ending number in the range of level numbers identifying the level of the cost center / unit structure in which you want to generate the listing report (Decimal). The number entered in this field must be greater than the number entered in the “Level From” field.
Entry Point	The code identifying the cost center, which is used as the point, from which the report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 50).
Structure Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of structure in which you want to generate the listing report. You can select from “Both”, “Default” and “Alternate”. The system displays “Both” by default on the launch of the page.

Click the “View” pushbutton to view the cost center / unit structure listing report.
Click the “Print” pushbutton to print the cost center / unit structure listing report.

The system prints the cost center – unit structure listing report based on the values entered in the search criteria.
