Quick Codes – An overview

Introduction

This component facilitates the loading of the drop-down list boxes (combo) in all the components of the Ramco Enterprise Series software, without any Meta data or business rules written for it. In Normal Situations the drop-down list boxes in all the components are loaded only with the Meta data, after the Business rules are drafted for the same. But there are some real time scenarios where, the combos have to be loaded without much time consumption.

This component facilitates loading the drop-down list boxes with the required values without the need to do any hard coding. This component helps in adding new values in the combos and also changing the existing values to suit the changing business scenarios

Feature Highlights

• Provision for adding new values in the drop-down list boxes, modifying existing values, and changing the status of values form active to inactive and vice versa.

• Access to all users if deployed at decentralized level.
