Help on part price list

This page allows you to search and select part pricelist and transfers the same to the field in which it is required. You can carry out the search using the part pricelist number, description, currency, pricing basis and effective period. The system retrieves all the part price lists, which are in the “Active” status, based on the search criteria entered. The selected part price list is transferred to the required page, when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Pricelist #/ Rev #” field in the main page.

The “Help on Part Pricelist” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for part price list:

Part Price List #	The number identifying the part price list (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character.
Description	The textual description of the part price list (Alphanumeric, 255).
Pricelist Category	Use the drop down list box to specify the category to which the service pricelist belongs. The system displays all the categories that are in the “Active” Status as defined in the “Category” business component. By default the system leaves this field blank.
Pricelist Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the type to which the part pricelist belongs. The system lists the following options: Ref. Catalogue ID - Select this option to indicate that the pricelist is based on the reference catalogue ID pricelist eg. Internal pricelist or pricelist after a survey of the market. OEM - Select this option to indicate that the pricelist is Original Equipment Manufacturer’s list price. Regular - Select this option to indicate whether the pricelist is regular and defined to implement the Organization’s pricing policy at part number-level or part attribute level. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the pricelist details irrespective of the pricelist type. By default the system leaves this field blank.
Currency	Use the drop-down list box to select the currency. The system lists all the currencies permitted for the company as defined in “Enterprise Setup” business component. By default, the system displays the Base Currency. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve the part price list irrespective of the currency. By default the system leaves this field blank.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the Part pricelist number that you wish to retrieve in the multiline. You can select from the options: “Active”, “Cancelled”, “Confirmed”, “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Inactive”, and “Returned”. By default the system leaves this field blank.
Valid From	The date from which the part price list becomes effective (Date Format).
Valid To	The date till which the part price list remains effective (Date Format). Ensure that the “Effective To Date” is later than the “Effective From Date”.
OEM #	The number identifying the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character.
OEM Name	The name of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Part # / Mfr. Part #	The number identifying the part for which price is defined in the part pricelist / The part number issued by the manufacturer of the part, for which price is defined in the part pricelist.
Part Group	The user defined Part Group using which a price factor on a reference pricelist is defined in a regular pricelist.

Note: Leave all the fields blank, to retrieve all the part price lists available in the database.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to search for the part price list.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the search criteria entered:

Part Price List #	The number identifying the part price list.
Revision#	The revision number of the part price list.
Description	The textual description of the part price list.
Status	The status of the Part Pricelist
Pricelist Category	The category to which the part pricelist belongs.
Pricelist Type	The type to which the part pricelist belongs.
OEM #	The number identifying the Original Equipment Manufacturer
OEM Name	The name of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Currency	The currency of the part price list.
Effective From Date	The date on/ after which the part pricelist is effective. The system retrieves all the part pricelists with effective from date falling on or after the date specified here or effective to date falling on or after the date specified here.
Effective Date To	The date earlier than/ until which the part pricelist remains valid. Ensure that the “Valid to” date is later than the “Valid From” date. The system retrieves all the part pricelists with effective from date falling on or before the date specified here or effective to date falling on or before the date specified here.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the part price list.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
