Manage Part Pricelist – A summary of the activity

This is a master, which enables you to create / modify / revise a part pricelist for part sale or service sale or both. Prices for different pricing elements are recorded based on various pricing attributes of the parts in the pricelist. Prices for the parts for different pricing elements are recorded based on a price factor on another pricelist. Direct Price for the parts can also be recorded in the pricelist. You have the option to copy and save details from another part pricelist including tab and link page details. You can also confirm or cancel the part pricelist in this activity.

Create part pricelist

You can create pricelist details by recording the pricelist details.

4Select the “Create Part Pricelist” activity.

4Use the “Manage Part Pricelist” page to create part pricelist  details.

Modify or revise part pricelist

You can modify / revise part pricelist details.

4      Select the part pricelist to be modified or revised, in the “Select Part Pricelist” page.

4      Use the “Manage Service Pricelist” page to modify the service pricelist details.

Confirm a part pricelist after creation / revision

You can confirm a part pricelist when the status of the pricelist is “Fresh” after creating / revising.

Activate the part pricelist

4      Select the confirmed Part Pricelist # and Revision # to be activated in “Activate / Inactivate Part Pricelist” page

4      Use the “Activate“ pushbutton to activate the selected part pricelist and revision.

Note:          

a.       The system updates the status of the part pricelist and revision as “Active”.

b.       Only part pricelists of status “Confirmed” can be activated.

Inactivate the part pricelist

4      Select the Part Pricelist # and Revision # to be inactivated in “Activate / Inactivate Part Pricelist” page

4      Use the “Inactivate” pushbutton to inactivate the selected part pricelist.

Note:          

a.       The system updates the status of the part pricelist as “Inactive””.

b.       Only part pricelists of status “Active” can be inactivated.

c.        Comments must be entered on inactivation of a part pricelist.
