Setting fixed assets parameters

This page allows you to set OU level function defaults for the “Fixed Assets Management” business process chain. You can set the batch size of records for asset revaluation and depreciation processing.

Select the “Set Parameters – Fixed Assets” link from the “Org. Unit Parameter Setup” business component.

The “Set Parameters – Fixed Assets” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Function Defaults” group box:

Front end record batch size for Depreciation	The maximum number of records exceeding which depreciation processing is to be done as a batch (Integer). The value entered here must be greater than zero.
Front end record batch size for Asset Revaluation	The maximum number of records exceeding which asset revaluation is to be done as a batch (Integer). The value entered here must be greater than zero.

Click the “Set” pushbutton to save the parameters for Fixed Assets Management BPC.

The system saves the OU level parameters that have been defined.
