This page allows you to search and select the analysis code and transfer the same to the main page.
You can carry out the search using the code identifying the account code and the analysis code. The system retrieves the analysis details along with the sub analysis code mapped to it with the effective period.
Click the lens icon provided next to the “Analysis Code” field.
The “Help on Analysis Code” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the analysis details.

Account Code From |
The starting account code in the range of codes identifying the account codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 32). The system retrieves all the account codes that are similar to the value entered in this field. |
Note: The code entered in this field must be before the code entered in the “Account Code To” field.

To |
The ending account code in the range of codes identifying the account codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 32). The system retrieves all the account codes that are similar to the value entered in this field. |

Analysis Code From |
The starting number in the range of analysis code for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 5). The system lists all the analysis codes that are greater than or similar to the value entered here. |

To |
The ending number in the range of analysis code for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 5). The system lists all the analysis codes that are lesser than the value entered here. The number entered here must be greater than the number entered in the “Analysis Code From” field. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the analysis details.
The system displays the following fields in the “Analysis Details” multiline:

The textual description pertaining to the analysis code. |

The sub analysis code mapped to the analysis code. |

The date from which the analysis code is effective. |

The date till which the analysis code is effective. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the analysis code for transfer.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton to transfer the analysis code to the main page.
