Note: 1)) You can modify price details in this tab; if 1) The invoice basis is “Actuals” or The invoice basis is “Quote” and “Modification to Quote Values in Invoice Release” parameter for Service Sale Quote is set to 0 in the Set Sales Process Parameters activity of the Customer component and, 2) The invoice release is in “Fresh” status.

Cust. Order #

The customer order that you have selected in the Process Invoice multiline in the ‘Select Customer Order - Services” screen.

Exe. Doc. Type

The type of the execution document that belongs to the Exe. Doc # associated to the CO # you selected in the ‘Select Customer Order- Services’ screen.  

Exe. Doc #

The type of the execution document that belongs to the Exe. Doc # associated to the CO # you selected in the ‘Select Customer Order- Services’ screen.  

The “Resource Pricing Summary” group box displays the following:

SPL # / Rev #

The service pricelist associated with the customer order.

Billable Lab. Price

The sum total of resource level charges that are associated with the Exe. Doc # of the respective CO # which is billed to the customer.

Billable Oth. Res. Price

The sum of other resource charges that are associated with the Exe. Doc # of the respective CO # which is billed to the customer.

To retrieve resources from the invoice release

Invoice Level

Select the radio button to retrieve information of all pricing tasks in Invoice level from the customer order/execution document that you have selected in the ‘Select Customer Order – Services’ screen..

Detail Level

Select the radio button to retrieve information  of all pricing tasks in detail level from the customer order/execution document that you have selected in the “Select Customer Order – Services” screen

Note: You can modify data only if you select the Detail Level radio button.

View Option

Use the drop-down list box to indicate the version of resource details you wish to view. The drop-down list box displays the following: Billing Info and Actual Info. Select:

  • Billing Info. : If you wish to view details of the resource as billed to the customer.

  • Actual Info. : If you wish to view details of the resource as per T & M pricing.

Note: You cannot modify any data in this tab page, if View Option is selected as “Actual Info.”

Select the following to display tasks based on a specific attribute.

Search by

Use the first drop-down list box to select an attribute of the customer service order that you wish to retrieve. The drop-down list box displays the following: COA?, Billable?, Processed? and Pricing Task.

Use the second drop-down list box to indicate whether the attribute that you select in the first drop-down list box is applicable for the customer service order that you wish to retrieve. The drop-down list box displays the following: Yes and No.

The “Resource Pricing Details” multiline displays the following.

Cap. Ind.

Indicates whether cap is applicable on resource prices as stipulated in the sale contract for the customer order.

Price Disp.

Details of pricing of the resource that the task utilized for repair/maintenance. For example, a) whether the price for the resource has been determined and is available for billing in the relevant part pricelist. B) The reasons for not pricing the resource, if prices for the resource have not been set yet.

Note: This field displays details of pricing only if the pricing basis is “Fixed Price”.

Doc. Type

The type of the executive document to which the task was allocated for execution.

Doc. #

The execution document to which the task was allocated for execution.

Parent WO #

The parent work order of the execution document to which the task was allocated for execution.

Task #

The task allocated to the execution document.

Seq. #

The order of execution of the task in the execution document.

WBS Code

The work breakdown structure (WBS) code of the task.

Task Desc.

The description/short name of the task.

Pricing Basis

The pricing basis for the task, such as T & M, Fixed Price or Usage-based.

Pricing Element

The pricing element for the task,  resource pricing

Res. Type

The type of the resource used by the task in the repair/maintenance of the part/aircraft, such as Skills, Tools & Equipments.

Resource #

The resource used by the task in the repair/maintenance of the part/aircraft.

Resource Description

A a short description of the Resource entered.

Roster Code

The code identifying the number for the pricing reference of a resource as defined in the Service Pricelist.

To record details of resources in the invoice release

Qty.

The quantity of the resource utilized by the task in the repair/maintenance of the part/aircraft. Mandatory.

Note: You can modify quantity of the resource only if you have selected the Detail Level radio button in the “Search Filters” group box.

The multiline displays the following.

UOM

The unit of measurement for the resource used by the task in the repair/maintenance of the part/aircraft.

Att. Type

The attendance type of resource, which can be Regular or Overtime.

Covered Qty

The quantity of the part that is not billable for the resource.

The multiline displays the following.

Adj. Qty.

The quantity of the resource after application of the covered quantity.

Final Qty.

The final quantity of the resource utilized by the task.

Unit Price

The price per unit of the resource as stipulated in the service pricelist associated with the customer order.

Note: The unit price for a resource is mandatory, if the pricing basis for the customer order is “T&M. You can modify unit price of the resource only if you have selected the Detail Level radio button in the “Search Filters” group box.

The “Resource Pricing Details” multiline displays the following.

Pricelist Curr.

The currency of the service pricelist associated with the customer order.

Exch. Rate

The rate for conversion of the unit price from the service pricelist currency to the customer order currency.

Unit Price (CO Curr.)

The price per unit of the resource in customer order currency.

Extd. Price

The extended price for the /resource, which will be,

Qty.* Unit Price

Covered Extd. Price

The amount of the extended price that is not billable for the resource. By default, the system displays the covered extended price for the resource as stipulated in the sale contract.

The “Resource Pricing Details” multiline displays the following.

Adj. Extd. Price

The extended price for the resource after application of the covered extended price, which will be equal to,

Adj. Extd. Price = 0  If the Extd. Price is <  Covered Ext. Price

Adj. Extd. Price =  Extd.Price- Covered Extd.Price, If Extd price is > than the Covered Price

Final Extd. Price

The final extended price for the resource, which  will be,

Final Price = Extd.Price, if Covered caps are not applied

Final Price +Adj.Extd.Price if Covered caps are applied.

Max. Qty.

The ceiling on the quantity of the resource the task can utilize for the maintenance of the part/aircraft.

Max. Extd. Price

The ceiling on the extended price of the resource as stipulated in the sale contract.

The “Resource Pricing Details” multiline displays the following.

Final Price

The total price of the resource that is billed to the customer. 

Final Price = Extd price if the Max. Ext Price caps is not applied

If the Max Extd. Caps is applied the Final Caps will be the lower of the Max.Extd. Price or the Extd. Price 

SPL Rev. #

The service pricelist attached to the customer order, which stipulates the prices of resources utilized by tasks.

Price Desc.

The description of the price.

Pricing Notes

The pricing notes for the resource as available in the service pricelist associated with the customer order.

Cap Notes

The cap notes for the resource as available in the sale contract associated with the customer order.

Work Center #

The work center in which the task was executed.

Task Status

The execution status of the task such as “Fresh”, “Pending”, “Completed or “Closed”.

Quoted?

Indicates whether the task was quoted in the quotation for the customer order.

Qt. App. Status

The quotation status of the task in the quotation for the customer order.

Processed?

Select the check box to indicate that you have verified the resource pricing information.

Inv. Remarks

Additional information on the invoice release.

The “Resource Pricing Details” multiline displays the following.

Sys. Billable?

Indicates whether the system recommends billing of the task to the customer.

Billable?

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the task must be resource must be billed to the customer. The drop-down list box displays the following: No and Yes.

Note: 1) You must select “Yes” in this field, if you are to select “No” in the “Warranty res.” field. 2) Similarly, it is mandatory that you select “No”, if you are to select “Yes” in the “Warranty Res.” field. 3) You cannot make the price of the resource utilized by the task billable, if the task is not billable to the customer. However, the opposite of this is possible.

COA?

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the price of the resource is out of scope of the customer order The drop-down list box displays the following: In Scope and Out of Scope. Select

  • In Scope to indicate the resource price is stipulated in the customer order.

  • Out of Scope to indicate the resource price is not stipulated in the customer order nonetheless was carried out due to an unforeseen event.

Note: 1) You cannot modify the COA for the resource, if the invoice basis of the customer order is “Quote”. 2) The COA for the resource is automatically set to the COA of the task that utilizes the resource. 3) You can modify the “COA?” for a resource to Out of Scope even if the COA of the task is In Scope as specified in the “Reg. Billing Info.” tab. However, the opposite of this is not allowed by the system.

The “Resource Pricing Details” multiline displays the following.

Warranty Reco.

Indicates whether the maintenance/execution department recommends warranty for the part/aircraft repaired/maintained by the task.

Warranty Res.

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether warranty is necessary for the resource utilized by the task. This field is mandatory, if Warranty Reco. Is “Yes”.

Note: 1) You must select “Yes” in this field, if you are to select “No” in the “Billable” field. 2) Similarly, it is mandatory that you select “No”, if you are to select “Yes” in the “Billable” field. 3) Though you can change the warranty resolution for a resource, it must be the same as that of the task, which utilizes the resource.

Only for resource type skill, 4) if coverage stipulated in the contract is “Both or “Resources” and if the warranty resolution for the customer order is “Fully Accepted”, it is mandatory that you select “Yes” in this field. 5) On the contrary, with coverage in the contract as “Both or “Resources” and warranty resolution for the customer order as “Fully Rejected”, you must select “No” as the warranty resolution for the resource.

Bill to Cust.

Use the drop-down list box to specify the customer to whom the service must be billed. The system lists all the values of bill to customer as defined in the Customer master for the customer against whom the Invoice Release is generated.

The “Resource Pricing Details” multiline displays the following:

Warranty Status Res

The warranty status of the customer order.

Price Narration

The price narration - on the resource price

Internal Notes

Additional information  on the resource

The “Resource Pricing Details” multiline displays the following:

Task Type

The type of the task.

Repair Classification

The repair classification of the task as defined in the execution document.

Repair Process Code

The repair process associated with the task as defined in the execution document.

Pricing Task #

Indicates whether the task is a pricing task.

Pricing Task Desc.

The description of the pricing task.

Parent Task #

The parent of the task.

Parent Task Desc.

The description of the parent task.

WS Ref. Code

The work scope of the task as defined in the sale contract of the customer order.

WS Notes

Additional information on the work scope of the task as defined in the sale contract.

Incl. /Excl. Ref. Code

The inclusion/exclusion reference code for the task as defined in the sales contract. This indicates whether the task is stipulated in the customer order.

Incl. /Excl. Notes

Additional information on the inclusion/exclusion of the task from the customer order.

Part #

The part repaired/serviced by the task.

Mfr. Part # (Main Core)

The manufacturer part # of the part repaired/serviced by the customer service order.

Mfr. # (Main Core)

The manufacturer of the part repaired/serviced by the customer service order.

Part Serial #/Lot #

The serial # and/or lot # of the part repaired/serviced by the customer service order.

Part Desc.

The short name/description of the part repaired/serviced by the customer service order.

ATA #

The ATA # relevant to the part.

ATA Desc.

The description of the ATA # relevant to the part.

A/C Reg. #

The aircraft repaired/serviced by the customer service order.

Last Updated Log

The values of the following as specified at the time of creation of the customer order: Qty., Unit Price, COA?, Billable? & Warranty Res.

Pricing Source

 Displays Pricing Source as

  • “System”, if no user has modified the fixed prices since they were set in the sale contract.

  • User ,if the Unit Price is modified 

Modification Notes

The reasons for change in the following prices, if any 1. Covered Qty., 2. Covered Extd. Price, 3. Max. Qty., 4. Max. Extd. Price

This field is mandatory, if you have modified the above-mentioned prices.

The “Resource Pricing Details” multiline displays the following.

Last Modified by

The employee code and name of the person who modified the price details.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the employee modified the price details.

Re-apply Caps

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the system must cap prices of resources. The drop-down list box displays the following: Yes and No. Mandatory

Select

  • “Yes” to enable the system to put a ceiling on the prices of the resources utilized by the task.

  • “No”, to manually cap the prices of materials. “No”

Note: The system allows resource addition only if the Invoice Release is in ‘Fresh’ or ‘Returned Status’.

Note: The system does not update details added using the ‘Add Resource' link in the 'View Timesheet Info.' section

Work Detail Multiline

This section provides a breakdown of the selected task at work detail level.

The system displays the Work Detail multiline:

Work Detail for Task

Use the drop-down list box to specify the work detail for Task. The system lists all the Discrepancies in the Execution Document # along with a blank value.

The system leaves the field blank, by default, only when more than one task is selected in the Resource Pricing Multiline and ‘View Timesheet Info’ button is clicked.

The system displays the following fields in the ‘Work Detail’ multiline:

TS

The ‘Task Summary’ icon that enables the user to view and modify a specific Corrective action, pricing details and Resource details associated with it in the ‘Work Details Summary’ multiline.

Work Detail  

Indicates corrective action of the Discrepancy (if selected) from ‘Resource Pricing Details’ multiline.

The system displays the following fields in the ‘Work Detail’ multiline:

Billable Hrs.

The number of hours that has to be billed.

Actual Hrs – This is present only in Work Details Summary Multiline

Billable Emp.

The number of employees has to be billed.

Actual Emp. This is present only in Work Details Summary Multiline

Exec. Doc #

The number identifying the execution document of the task / discrepancy selected from the ‘Resource Pricing Details’ multiline

Task #

The task number or discrepancy that are selected from the ‘Resource Pricing Details’ multiline.

The system displays the following fields in the ‘Work Detail’ multiline:

Task Description

A brief description of the task.

Task Seq. #

The sequence number of the Task/Discrepancy selected from ‘Resource Pricing Details’ multiline.

From Date & Time

The starting date and Time when the task was begun in the package

To Date & Time

The end date and Time when the task was completed in the package

Work Detail Summary multiline

The system displays the Work Detail Summary multiline:

Summary of Task

Use the drop-down list box to specify the summary of Task. The system lists all theTasks and  Discrepancies in the Execution Document #.

The system leaves the field blank, by default only when more than one task is selected in the ‘Resource Pricing’ multiline and ‘View Timesheet Info’ button is selected.

Note that the system displays the details of the task selected in this field both in the ‘Work Detail Summary’ multiline and the ‘Employee Timesheet’ mutiline.

Work Detail

Indicates corrective action of the Discrepancy (if selected) from ‘Resource Pricing Details’ multiline on selecting the ‘TS’ icon in ‘Work details’ multiline, the corrective action of the selected row will be displayed. If the user choses a task from ‘Summary of task’ combo, the corrective action to the respective task chosen will be displayed here.

Billable Hrs.

The total number of hours that is to be billed.

Billable Emp.

The total number of employees to be billed.

Exec. Doc #

The number identifying the execution document of the Task/Discrepancy selected from the ‘Resource Pricing Details’ multiline. Mandatory.

Task #.

Task #/Discrepancy which are selected from the Resource Pricing Details multiline. Mandatory.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Detail Summary” multiline:

Task Desc.

Description of Task/Discrepancy selected from ‘Resource Pricing Details’ multiline.

Task Seq. #

Seq. # of the Task/Discrepancy selected from Resource Pricing Details multiline.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Detail Summary” multiline:

Actual Hrs.

Indicates the actual number of the man hours booked against the Work Detail.

Actual Emp.

Indicates the actual number of employees who have booked time against the Work detail.

Res. Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of resource which is to be added for billing. The system lists the following options:

  • Skill

  • Tools

  • Equipment

  • Others

By default the system displays “Skill” in this field.

Resource

The Resource # with applicable skill codes or resource codes for which time has been booked.

Roster Code

The roster code for the time booked.

Attn. Type

The attendance type against which the time has been booked.

Rep. Class

Use the drop-down list box to specify the repair classification.

Comments

Additonal comments can be entered by user when billable resource is added/modified.

User Defined 1

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user defined detail.

User Defined 2

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user defined detail.

Viewing employee time sheet information

 This section provides a breakdown of the selected task at employee timesheet level.

Employee #

The number identifying the employee # for whom time record is booked. Mandatory.

Help facility available.

The system displays the following fields in the Emp-Timesheet Info. multiline:

Employee Name

The name of employee for whom time record is booked.

Duration

The duration of the time booked.  Mandatory.

Start Date

The starting date for which time booking entry is made manually. Data entry in this field is mandatory if no date is entered in the “End Date” column. Mandatory.

Ensure that the date entered in this field is not a future date.

Start Time

The in-time recorded manually. Data entry in this field is mandatory if no value is entered in the “Duration” field.

Ensure that the time entered in this field is not a future time for the start date specified.

Start Location

The start location against the time booked if it is a Travel Task.

End Date

The ending date up to which time booking entry is made manually. Data entry in this field is mandatory if no date is entered in the “End Date” column. Mandatory.

End Time

The ending time for which out-time is recorded. Data entry in this field is mandatory if no value is entered in the “Duration” field.

Ensure that the time entered in this field is not a future time for the end date specified.

End Location

The end location against the time booked if it is a Travel Task.

TS Comments

The comments entered by the employee against a time record.

Exec. Doc

The number identifying the execution document of the Task/Discrepancy selected from the Resource Pricing Details multiline. Mandatory.

Task #

Task #/Discrepancy which are selected from the Resource Pricing Details multiline. Mandatory.

Task Seq. #

Seq. # of the Task/Discrepancy selected from Resource Pricing Details multiline.

Emp. Work Detail

Corrective Action against which time record is booked.

Help facility available.

Attn. Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of attendance for which you wish to record time details.  The system lists the following option, along with all the quick codes that are in “Active” status as defined for the quick code type “Attendance Type” in the “Manage Quick Code” activity of the current business component

Rep. Classification

Use the drop-down list box to specify the repair classification against the time consumption, if required. The system lists all the ‘Active' quick codes as defined Maintenance Program.

The system displays the Emp-Timesheet multiline:

Primary Skill

The primary skill mapped to the employee for whom time record is booked.

Task Desc.

Description of Task/Discrepancy selected from Resource Pricing Details multiline.

Notes

Any additional notes reported by the employee.

Remarks

Any additional remarks against the time record.

Re-apply Caps

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the system must cap prices of materials. The drop-down list box displays the following: Yes and No. Mandatory

Select

  • “Yes” to enable the system to put a ceiling on the prices of the resources utilized by the task.

  • “No”, to manually cap the prices of materials.

Note: On release generation, the system applies caps as per the functionality against eash task at per task per Resource type/resource # level if the parameter ' 'Level at which Resource pricing should be done' is set as '1' for 'Indv. Resource level', and if there is a capping set for resources

The system sets the Cap. Ind. to “Applied”, if you have specified the following fields: Covered Qty., Covered Extd. Price, Max. Qty. and Max. Extd. Price. On the contrary, the Cap. Ind. is set to “Not Applied”, if these fields are blank.
