Select “Set Employee Name Display Format” from left pane.
The “Set Employee Name Display Format” page appears.
Specify the following details.
Employee Name Display Format |
The format in which you want the name of the employee to be displayed in the activities and component in which it is used. The drop-down list box displays with the following values: “FL”, “FML”, “Known As”, “L”, “L,M”, “LF”, “MF”, “ML”. By default, the value displayed is “Select”. From the drop-down list box, select the required display format. For example, if you want the last name of the employee to be displayed first followed by the middle name, select “L, M” or if the complete name of the employee should be displayed in the order, first name, middle name and the last name, select “FML” etc. |

The comments you want to enter pertaining to the specified display format. |
Select the zoom book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box.
Enter the comments in the dialog box.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
4 Select the “Save” pushbutton. The system will set the specified format as the display format, for the name of the employee.
