The assignment number of the selected employee.

Position Title

The title of the position held by the employee.

Job Title

The title of the job held by the employee.

Department

The name of the department to which the employee belongs.

Competency Description

The short description of the identified competency for training .

Training Calendar

The training calendar during which the course is scheduled to take place.

Program

The description of the training program.

Module

The description of the module.

Course              

The description of the course.

Training No.

The training number of the course.

Month / Quarter

The month or quarter in which the course is scheduled to take place.

Start Date

The start date of the course.

End Date

The end date of the course.

Impact Level

The impact level of the training on the employee of impact of the courses. 

Schedule Status

The schedule status of the training calendar.  It displays “yes”, if the course has been scheduled in the training calendar and displays “No” otherwise.
