The “Sponsor Training” page appears.
The system displays the following
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details |
Employee |
The identification number and name of the employee who has logged in. |
Assignment No. |
The assignment number of the selected employee. |
Position Title |
The title of the position held by the employee. |
Job Title |
The title of the job held by the employee. |
Department |
The name of the department to which the employee belongs. |
Competency Description |
The short description of the identified competency for training . |
The following details are displayed in the “Courses” multiline.
Training Calendar |
The training calendar during which the course is scheduled to take place. |
Program |
The description of the training program. |
Module |
The description of the module. |
Course |
The description of the course. |
Training No. |
The training number of the course. |
Month / Quarter |
The month or quarter in which the course is scheduled to take place. |
Start Date |
The start date of the course. |
End Date |
The end date of the course. |
Impact Level |
The impact level of the training on the employee of impact of the courses. |
Schedule Status |
The schedule status of the training calendar. It displays “yes”, if the course has been scheduled in the training calendar and displays “No” otherwise. |
Check in the “Select” checkbox beside the required course.
Select “ Sponsor Training” pushbutton to sponsor the employee for a training on the selected course.
To view schedule details, select the hyperlink in the Course column for the required course.
