“View Time sheet” from left pane.
The “View
Time sheet” page appears.
The page
displays the following fields.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Employee |
Employee code and name. |
Department |
Department to which the employee belongs. |
Position |
Position of the employee. |
Grade Set |
Grade set of the employee. |
Grade |
Grade associated with the employee. |
Job |
Job description of the employee. |
Enter /
select search criteria values, in any or all of the following fields.
Year |
Enter the year of the week / duration. By default the current year is displayed. If you provide year as the only search criterion, then time details for the year and current month combination are presented to the user. |
Month
|
Select the desired month from the drop-down list box. The list shows all the 12 months in a year. By default the current month is displayed. |
From Date
|
Enter the start-date of the required duration. By default the system displays the date of the Monday of the current week. If “From date” is left blank, the system displays time details from the 1st of the month until the “To Date”. |
To Date |
Enter the end-date of the required duration. By default the system displays the date of the Saturday of the current week. If the “To Date” is left blank, the system displays all the time sheet details from the “From Date” until the system date or the last day of the month, whichever is later. |
Entry Date
|
Instead of entering the “From Date” and “To Date”, enter the date on which you first recorded the time sheet information. If the “Entry date” is provided without specifying the “From Date” and “To Date”, the system displays time details keyed on that date irrespective of the week. |
Status |
Select the status of the time sheet you want to retrieve, from the drop-down list box. The two statuses that time sheets can be assigned are “Draft” or “Authorized”. Select ‘Draft’, if the time sheets you want to retrieve have been saved but not submitted. Select “Authorized”, if the time sheets have already been submitted. If you select “Status” as the sole search criterion, the system will display all records with the selected status, for the current month only. |
Select
the “ Search” pushbutton.
The system
displays the following fields, for the records that satisfy the search
criteria in the multiline.
Date |
Date of the selected duration. |
Day |
Day of the week on which the date falls on. |
Day Type |
The day type based on employee schedule fetched from the Time Management module. For example working day, rest day, off day, public holiday etc. |
Project Code |
Code of the project for which you are recording the hours worked. ‘Not Applicable’ is displayed if an employee has not been allocated a project. |
Stage |
Stage of the project. |
Hours |
Hours worked on the project |
Remarks |
Annotations associated with the work. |
Status |
Current status of the time sheet, which can be “Draft” or “Authorized”. |

Hours |
The sum total of hours worked for all the records shown in the multiline. |
