right of the page.

Specify the following detail.
Employment Unit |
The description of the employment unit. Tell me more. |

To specify search criteria, enter the following fields.
Employee Code |
To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1. |
Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
Assignment No |
The description of the assignment number. |
Position Title |
The title of the position. |
Department Description |
The description of the department. Note that
the system will default the short description of the department specified in the previous page in this field. |
Job Title |
The title of the job. |
4 Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of employee records satisfying these search criteria.
Note:
To perform an effective search, enter maximum number of fields in the search
criteria.
4 Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required employee record after viewing the details displayed in the corresponding fields.
4 After selecting the required employee record from the multiline, select the “OK” pushbutton.
4 The selected employee code is displayed in the corresponding column of the multiline in the previous page.
