To search for time sheets of a specified status and period

Year

Enter the year in which the time sheet was recorded. By default the current year is displayed.

If you provide “Year” as the only search criterion, the time details for the year and current month combination are presented to the user.

Month

Select the desired month from the drop-down list box. The list shows all the 12 months in a year.

By default the current month is displayed.

From Date

Enter the start-date of the required duration. By default the system displays the date of the Monday of the current week.

If “From date” is left blank, the time details from the 1st of the month till the “To Date” are displayed.

To Date

Enter the end-date of the required duration. By default the system displays the date of the Saturday of the current week.

If the “To Date” is left blank, the system displays all the time sheet details from the “From Date” until the system date or the last day of the month, whichever is later.

Entry Date

Instead of entering the “From Date” and “To Date”, enter the date on which you first recorded the time sheet information.

If the “Entry date” is provided without specifying the “From Date” and “To Date”, the time details keyed on that date irrespective of the week are displayed.

Status

Select the status of the time sheet that you want to retrieve, from the drop-down list box. The two statuses that time sheets can be assigned are “Draft” or “Authorized”.

Select “Draft”,  if the time sheets you want to retrieve have been saved but not submitted.
