Consolidating time sheet adjustments
To consolidate time sheet adjustments
Select “Consolidated Time sheet Adjustments” from left pane.
The “Consolidated Time sheet Adjustments” page appears.
The system displays the following field.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Specify the following fields.
Time Management Scheduling Unit |
Select the Time Management Scheduling Unit in which you must consolidate the project time sheet adjustments. The drop-down list box displays those time management scheduling units for which you have record permissions. |
Year |
Enter the year. |
Enter / select values in the following fields in the multiline.
Project |
The code for a project. The drop down list box displays the project codes for the values in the “Time Management Scheduling Unit” and “Year” fields. |
Stage |
The stage of the project. The drop down list box displays the various stages pertaining to the selected project. |
Credit Time |
Hours reduced from the project time for the selected stage. |
Debit Time |
Hours added to the project time for the selected stage. |
Supervisor Remarks |
Comments by the concerned person on the circumstances warranting time adjustments. |
Note: Credit time and debit time are mutually exclusive of each other. Hence users can specify only one of these two fields.
Click the “Submit” pushbutton to save the consolidated time sheet adjustments.
To edit time sheet adjustments
Enter values in one of the following fields of the search criteria.
Month |
Select the month. If you do not enter value in the “Month” field, the system displays adjustment details for various projects recorded in the current month. |
Entry Date |
Date on which time sheet adjustments were entered into the system. If you do not enter value in the “Entry Date” field, the system displays adjustment details for various projects recorded in the current month. |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following fields, for the records that satisfy the search criteria in the multiline.
Project |
Code of the project. The drop down list box displays the project codes for the values in the “Time Management Scheduling Unit” and “Year” fields. |
Stage |
Current stage of the project. The drop down list box displays the various stages pertaining to the selected project. |
Credit Time |
Hours reduced from the project time for the selected stage. |
Debit Time |
Hours added to the project time for the selected stage. |
Supervisor Remarks |
Comments by the concerned person on the circumstances warranting time adjustments. |

Edit the following fields in the multiline, if required: “Date”, “Project”, “Stage”, “Credit Time”, “Debit Time” or “Supervisor Remarks”.
To insert a new time adjustment, click the plus sign in the toolbar above the multiline. A blank row appears above the current position of the cursor.
To delete a time adjustment, check the “Select” box contained in the project to be deleted. Click the minus sign in the toolbar above the multiline
Select the “Submit” pushbutton to save the time adjustments made so far.
