Under a given post-training evaluation component, you can evaluate the effectiveness of the training. This facility provides the user to define various parameters on which the training administrator or supervisor can evaluate the employee. The evaluation can be conducted after specific time periods. Post training evaluation is conducted at periodical levels. In other words it can said that post training evaluation is spread over a time period. For example, post training evaluation can be spread over a period of time, like 15 days, one month etc. It means that the training evaluation will be conducted after 15 days after the completion of the training program. The training evaluation can be conducted by means of a test, which can be questionnaire type, quiz or on the job quiz. You can also define the weights that could be given for these tests and also define the maximum rating and what will be the minimum desired level. The ratings that are obtained by the trainees are recorded for each test and the overall rating is done. Apart from rating the employee’s evaluation tests the supervisor or the training administrator can also record certain record details as “remarks” against the each evaluation tests.
