The training plan org unit   selected in the previous page.

Employment Unit

The employment unit selected in the previous page.

Gap Criteria Code

A unique code that defines the gap criteria applicable for the competency.

Gap Criteria Description

A brief and unique description of the gap criteria. 

Gap as on Date

The date on which, the gap criteria is valid.

Employee Code

A unique code to define the employee.

Employee Name

The name of the employee.

Assignment No

The number assigned to the employee assignment.

Department

The name of the department.  If there is more than one value, by default, the system will display “select” in the drop-down list box.  You can select the required department from the drop -down list box.

Job Title

The title of the job held by the employee.   If there is more than one value, by default, the system will display “select” in the drop -down list box.  You can select the required job title from the drop- down list box.

Position Title

The title of the position held by the employee.   If there is more than one value, by default, the system will display “select” in the drop- down list box.  You can select the required position title from the drop- down list box.

Competency

The description of the competency.  Competency can be, for example, SQL skills.

No. Of employees

The total number of employees who do not possess the competency specified in the gap criteria group box.

Employee Code

The code of the employee.

Employee Name             

The name of the employee.

Assignment No

The number of employee assignment.

Department

The name of the department

Job Title

The title pertaining to the job held by the employee

Position Title

The title of the position held by the employee.

Competency Description

The description pertaining to the competency

Desired Level

The desired level of the competency.  It has numeric values.           

Possessed Level

The competency level possessed by an employee.               

Comments

Any comment pertaining to the competency gaps of the employee.
