Date Format

The date that is applicable to the login user. More Details

Training Plan Unit

The name of the training plan unit selected in the previous page.

Training Budget Code   

The code of the training budget.

Training Budget Description

A description of the training budget.

Training Budget Period From

The start date from which the training budget is valid. Example, 1 January 2002

Training Budget Period To

The end date till which the training budget is valid. Example, 31 December 2002

Organizational Level Training Budget

The total amount allocated for the training budget at the organization level.

Organizational Level Training Expenses

The total expenses incurred while conducting the training at the organizational level.

Organizational Level Remaining budget

The remaining balance of the training budget after the expenses is deducted from the total budget amount.

Note: You can use “employment unit”, “department” and the “budget amount” details as comparison parameters. For example you can compare the budget amount allotted to the “HR” department among different employment units and the expenses incurred by them. 

Employment Unit

The employment unit to which the department belongs.

Department

The name of the department to which the budget has been allotted.

Budget Amount

The total amount allocated to the budget.

Expenses

The total expenses that incurred for the training.

Remaining Budget Amount

The budget amount that is remaining after the training expenses is deducted from the total budget.
