Select the “View Competency Gaps” link from “Create training plan” page.
The “View Competency Gaps” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following details.
Training Plan Unit |
The name of the training plan unit selected in the previous page. |
Employment Info Unit |
The details of the employment information for the organization unit where it is deployed. If there is more than one value, by default, the system displays “Select” in the drop-down list box. You can select the required training plan organization unit from the drop- down list box. |
Department |
The name of the department. If there is more than one value, by default, the system displays “Select” in the drop-down list box. You can select the required training plan organization unit from the drop-down list box. |
Enter the following in the Search Criteria Group Box.
Job Title |
The title of the job defined by the organization. If there is more than one value, the system will display “select” in the drop-down list box. You can select the required job title from the drop-down list box. |
Position Title |
The title of the position defined by the organization. If there is more than one value, the system will display “select” in the drop-down list box. You can select the required position title from the drop-down list box. |
Competency |
The description of the competency. Competency can be, for example, programming skills, ability to use different software related to the creation of CBT. |
Gap as on Date |
The date on which, gap criteria is valid. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system will display the following in the “Summary of Competency Gaps” multiline.
Competency |
The description of the competency. |
Total Count |
The total number of competencies for which the gap has been identified. |
Suggested Course |
The suggested training course that will bridge the competency gap possessed by the employee. |
Impact Level |
The level of impact of the suggested training program. |
