Through this activity, you can identify the competency gaps of the employee. The gap criteria code is used to identify the competency gap analysis .  

Employees of the organization are expected to possess certain competencies to perform their job effectively. There might exist employees who do not possess all such competencies, which they are expected to. Identifying such gaps will be a useful while identifying the training needs of the employee.

Identify   Competency Gap:  In this activity, the competency gaps can be identified at the employee level, department level or job level. For example, given an employee, the department and job, the competency gaps of that employee alone are displayed. Even if the Employee possesses the competency, but not at the desired level, it is displayed as a gap.
