Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details |
Trainee Code |
The identification number of the employee participating in the course. |
Trainee Name |
The name of the employee who has completed the course. |
Course |
The name of the course selected in the previous page. |
Assignment No. |
The assignment related to the course. |
Training No. |
The training number of the course. |
Start Date |
The start date of the course. |
End Date |
The end date of the course. |
The following detail is displayed in the multiline.
Feedback Parameter |
The feedback parameter that has been mapped to that particular course. This feedback parameter has values fetched to the sub feedback parameters available, like for instance - Rating of Program, Effectiveness of faculty etc. |
Specify the following details in the “Rating of Program” multiline
Rating |
Select the appropriate rating for the employee from the drop- down list box. Since it has more than one value, by default, the system displays a blank value in the drop- down list box. Select the required value from the drop- down list box. For example, it can take the values: “excellent”, “good”, “fair” and “bad”. |
Remarks |
The remarks pertaining to the feedback. |
The system displays the following details in the “Effectiveness of Faculty” multiline.
Faculty |
The name of the faculty for whom you are recording feedback. |
Parameter |
The parameter for which you are recording the feedback. |
Specify the following details in the “Effectiveness of Faculty” multiline
Rating |
Select the appropriate rating for the employee from the drop- down list box. Since it has more than one value, by default, the system displays a blank value in the drop- down list box. Select the required value from the drop- down list box. For example, it can take the values: “excellent”, “good”, “fair” and “bad”. |

Enter your comments/suggestions, if any in the three fields.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
Select the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the feedback record.
Select “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
To record comments
Select the Book icon beside the Comments field.
A pop up dialog box appears.
Enter your comments/opinion/suggestions.
To save and close the pop up box, select the “OK” pushbutton.
To close the pop up without saving the content, select the “Cancel” pushbutton.
