Use this page to retrieve a rota schedule by means of a search.
Select the help icon beside the “Rota Schedule” field.
The “Help on Rota Schedule” page appears.
The Date, Scheduling Unit and Employment Unit from the previous page are displayed.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.
Rota Schedule Code |
To view the rota schedule codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the rota schedule codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, ROT1*, will search for those rota schedule codes that start with ROT1. Other examples are *OT1 and R*1 |
Rota Schedule Description |
To view the rota schedule descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the rota schedule descriptions. |
Rota Plan Code |
To view the rota schedules created from all rota plan codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the rota plan codes. |
Rota Plan Description |
To view the rota schedules created from all rota plan descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the rota plan descriptions |
Effective From |
The effective date of the rota schedules, from which the search must be made. |

Example, Enter the rota schedule code ROTSCH3*, the rota plan code ROTA1* and the effective date 01-01-2002. The system will retrieve all rota schedules that start with ROTSCH3*, whose effective periods begin on 01-01-2002, which are created from rota plans starting with ROTA1* |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are applicable to the selected reimbursement claim unit.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the rota schedule records that satisfy the search criteria specified.

Help on rota schedule - An overview
You can find and select a rota schedule, by specifying some or all of the following search criteria:
One or more continuous characters of which the code/description of the rota schedule consists
The code of the rota plan from which the rota schedule is derived
The description of the rota plan from which the rota schedule is derived
The date from which the rota schedule is effective
The system retrieves all the rota schedules that satisfy the search criteria you specified. For instance, if you specified ROTSC3 as the rota schedule code, RP4 as the rota plan code, and 1 January as the date from which the rota schedule is effective, the system will retrieve all rota schedules whose rota schedule codes contain ROTSC3, are derived from rota plans whose plan codes contain RP4 and whose effective dates start on 1 January.
