The “Help on Adhoc Schedule” page appears.
The Date, Scheduling Unit and Employment Unit from the previous page are displayed.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Adhoc Schedule Code |
To view the adhoc schedule codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the adhoc schedule codes. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, ADSCH3*, will search for those adhoc schedule codes that start with ADSCH3. Other examples are *DSH3 and A*SH3 |

Adhoc Schedule Description |
To view the adhoc schedule descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the adhoc schedule descriptions. |

Rota Plan Code |
To view the adhoc schedules created from all rota plan codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the rota plan codes. |

Rota Plan Description |
To view the adhoc schedules created from all rota plan descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the rota plan descriptions |

Example, Enter the adhoc schedule code ADSCH3* and the rota plan code ROTA1*. The system will retrieve all adhoc schedules that start with ADSCH3*, which are created from rota plans starting with ROTA1* |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
Note:
If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the
records that satisfy this value.
If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch
the records satisfying all the specified values.
If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select
the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records that are
applicable to the selected reimbursement claim unit.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the adhoc schedule records that satisfy the search criteria specified.

Select the “OK” pushbutton at the bottom of the page
The adhoc schedule you selected appears in the “Adhoc Schedule” field of the previous page
Use this page to retrieve an adhoc schedule by means of a search.
