Select Project Manpower Distribution To Authorize

Select the “Authorize Project Manpower Distribution” activity under the “Time Sheet Billing and Administration” business component.
The “Select Project Manpower Distribution To Authorize” page appears.

The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
The system displays the following details:

Effective From Date |
The date from which the project is effective. |
Enter the following field details:

Start Date |
The start date of the project. |

End Date |
The end date of the project. |

PO Available |
From the drop-down list box, select the option to specify whether the purchase order is available for the project. The combo is loaded with the options “No” and “Yes”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page. |

SOW Available |
From the drop-down list box, select the option to specify whether the system work is available for the project. The combo is loaded with the options “No” and “Yes”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page. |

Status |
From the drop-down list box, select the status of the project manpower distribution details. The combo is loaded with the options “Select”, “Authorized”, “Pending for Authorization” and “Rejected”. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search criteria details in the multiline.
