Maintain Rate Card – A Summary of the Activity

The “Maintain Rate Card” activity enables you to maintain the rate card details. Rate card types would depend on whether SRP BPO applicable parameter is on or not. When SRP BPO applicable parameter is on the following rate card types are supported: Role based, Output based, Slab based and Outcome based. When SRP BPO parameter is off then the following rate card types are enabled: Fixed monthly, Flat-fee apportioned, Employee Specific, Role based, Slab based and Output based. You can view the contract number, line number and amendment number if the SRP BPO parameter is on.
