Getting Help on Task
ØSelect the help icon beside the “Task” field in the previous page.
The “Help on Task” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
To select through search criteria,
ØEnter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.
Activity/Process/Transaction |
The system retrieves the activity/process/transaction entered in the main page. Otherwise this field will be blank. |
Task Code |
From the drop-down list box, select the task code. |
Task Description |
To view all the task description containing specific characters, type in the character(s) of the task description in any combination with wild cards “*”. |
ØClick on the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details that satisfy the search criteria specified, in the search results multiline.
Activity/Process/Transaction |
The name of the activity/process/transaction. |
Task Code |
The unique code of the task. |
Task Description |
The description of the task. |
Milestone Description |
For milestone project, the activity task related milestone description is displayed. |
Schedule Description |
For milestone project, the activity task related schedule description is displayed. |
From Date |
The start date of the task. This date must be the same as or greater than the project effective start date. |
To Date |
The end date of the task. This date must be the same as or less than the project effective end date. |
Billable (Y/N) |
If the activity task is billable, this field is displayed. |
Site |
The site of the employee. |
ØClick on the “OK” button.
The system transfers the task details to the previous page.
