4 Ensure that you are in the “Help on Course” page.
4 The following details are displayed at the top the page:
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Training General Information Unit |
The name of the organization unit group selected in the previous page. |
4 Specify search criteria for the following details in the search criteria fields.
Course Code |
To view all the course codes containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these course codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: Cocode*. |
Course Name |
To view all the course names containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these course codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: Sql*.*. |
Course Type |
From the drop down list box, select the type of the course. |
Course Category |
From the drop down list box, select the category of the course. |
4 Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of Course records satisfying these search criteria.
4 The system displays the details of the course in the corresponding columns of the multiline.
4 Select the check box for the required course details.
After selecting the required Course record from the multiline, select the “OK” pushbutton.
4 The “Create Course” appears.
4 The selected Course Code is displayed in the “Course Code” column of the multiline.
You can use this page to select the required course.
