Select
the “View Module” option from the left pane
The “Select Module to View” page
appears
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Training General Information Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must view the module. |
Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. In other words, this refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. From the drop-down list box, select the language in which you require to edit the module record. |
Select
the module, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the
“Search Criteria” group box.
Use this method if you know the complete code of the module.
Enter
the code of the module that must be viewed, in the “Module Code” field.
Select
the “View Module” link.
The “View
Module” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
To view
the module, refer to the topic “Viewing the module”.
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the module code or the module description.
Enter
the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following
fields.
Module Code |
To view the module codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the module codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, MOD1*, will search for those holiday master codes that start with MOD1. Other examples are *MOD1, M*1 and MOD* |
Module Short Description |
To view all module short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the description. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, ShdesMOD*, will search for those module descriptions that start with shdesMOD*,. Other examples are *Shdes, Shdes*l, and *DesMOD*

Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
The system
displays the following details in the multiline, for the module records
that satisfy the search criteria specified.
Module Code |
The unique code of the module. |
Module Short Description |
A brief description of the module. |
Check in the “Select” checkbox
beside the module you want to view and click on the hyperlink of the "Module
Short Description".
The “View Module”
page appears.
