4 Select the “View Internal Faculty” option from the left pane.
The “Select To View Internal Faculty” page appears
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Training General Information Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must create training general information unit. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units where you have permission to create training general information units. These organization units are called setup OUs. A setup organization unit is an organization unit in which you normally define master information. There are other organization units that can access information from this setup organization unit. |
Employment Unit |
The name of the employment unit that interacts with the general information unit to identify the internal faculty. If there is more than one value, the systems displays “Select” as the default value in the drop-down list box. |
Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. In other words, this refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. From the drop-down list box, select the language in which you require to edit the internal faculty record |
4 Select the internal faculty, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.
To select through Direct Entry
Use this method if you know the complete code of the employee
4 Enter the code of the employee for which you require to view details, in the “Employee Code” field.

Select the “View Internal Faculty” hyperlink.
4 The “View Internal Faculty” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
To select through Search Criteria
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the employee code or the name of the employee.
To specify the search criteria, you must enter one or more characters that the employee code contains. Optionally, you can enter the “Employee Name”, to narrow your search. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.
Employee Code |
To view the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of the program code. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, Emp1*, will search for those employee codes that start with Emp1. Other examples are *-1 and E*1 |

To view the name
of the employees containing specific characters, Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
4 Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
4 The list of records satisfying the search criteria are displayed in the multiline.

The unique code that defines the employee. |

The name of the employee. |
