Select the “View
Course” option from the left pane.
The
“Select Course to View” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following.

Training General Information Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you want to view the course. |
Select the course, either through the “Direct Entry” group
box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.
Use this method if you know the complete code of the course.
Enter
the code of the course for which you require to view details, in the “Course
Code” field.
Select
the “View Course Details” hyperlink.
The
“View Course Details” page appears. All details of the selected record
are displayed.
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the course code or the course description.
Enter the following search
criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Course Code |
To view the course codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the course codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, CSE1*, will search for those course codes that start with CSE1. Other examples are *CSE1, C*1 and CSE* |

Course Short Description |
To view all the course short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the description. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, OrgCse*, will search for those short descriptions that start with OrgCse*,. Other examples are *Org, Org*l, and *OrgCse* |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following
details in the multiline, for the course records that satisfy the specified
search criteria.

Course Code |
The unique code that identifies the course. |

Course Short Description |
A brief description of the course. |
Select the hyperlink in the
"Course
Code" column for the course you want to view.
The “View Course Details”
page appears.
