Training General Information Unit

Select the organization unit in which you must create training general information groups. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units where you have permission to create training general information groups. These organization units are called setup OUs. A setup organization unit is an organization unit in which you normally define master information. There are other organization units that can access information from this setup organization unit. 4      Select the parameter, through the “Search Criteria” group box.

Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the parameter.

4      Enter the following search criteria values in the following field.

Parameter

To view the parameter containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the parameters.

4      Select the “ Search” pushbutton.

4      The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the parameter that satisfy the search criteria specified.

Parameter	The training parameters that satisfy the search criteria.
Value	The values corresponding to the parameters. Help Available
Comments	Any comment about the training parameters.

       

4         Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays adialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.

4         You can view, modify or delete the content.

4         Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.

4                  Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.

4      Select the “Maintain rate grade conversion” from “Set training parameters” page.
