Select the “Edit Module” link in the “Select Module to Editing” page

The “Edit Module” page appears

The following fields are displayed, which cannot be edited.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

More Details

Training General Information Unit

The training general information unit selected in the previous page.

Module Code

The unique code that identifies the module, you selected in the previous page.

You can edit the following details.

Language

From the drop-down list box, select the required language.  By default, "US English" is selected.

Module Short Description

A brief and unique description of the module.  

Module Long Description

Any other details of the module.

Objectives Of Module

The objectives of the module.

If you want the module to be inactive,  select the check box  along side the “Inactive” field.  Otherwise, uncheck the box to keep the module active.

If the module requires sponsorship, select  the “Sponsorship Mandatory” field.  Uncheck the box, if the sponsorship is not mandatory.

You can edit the list of courses in the “Module Course Mapping” multiline.

Course Code

The unique code that identifies  the course.  Help Available

Course Description

The name of the course corresponding to the code. 

Sequence of Course

The sequence in which the courses must appear in the module.

 You can specify the following below the “Module Course Mapping” multiline.

Comments

Any comment about the module.

To edit comments

Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.

You can view, modify or delete the content.

Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.

Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.

Specify the following to save the record in a different language 

Save in Language

The language you selected in the previous page is displayed. 

From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to translate the record to this language.

 

 

Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.

To delete the module record

Select the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the entire module record.
