Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. In other words, this refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. From the drop-down list box, select the language in which you require to edit the module record. |
Select the module, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.
Use this method if you know the complete code of the module.
Enter the code of the module that must be modified or deleted, in the “Module Code” field.
Select the “Edit Module” link.
The “Edit Module” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
To edit the module, refer to the topic “Editing the module”.
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the module code or the module description.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.
Module Code |
To view the module codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the module codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, MOD1*, will search for those holiday master codes that start with MOD1. Other examples are *MOD1, M*1 and MOD* |
Module Short Description |
To view all module short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the description. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, ShdesMOD*, will search for those module descriptions that start with shdesMOD*,. Other examples are *Shdes, Shdes*l, and *DesMOD* |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the module records that satisfy the search criteria specified.

The unique code of the module. |
Module Short Description |
A brief description of the module. |
Check in the “Select” checkbox beside the module you want to edit and select the hyperlinked "Module Description".
The “Edit Module” page appears.
