Select "Position – Course Mapping” from the left pane.
The "Position – Course Mapping” page appears.
The date format that is applicable to the login user is displayed in the “Date Format” field.
Enter the following field to identify the position for which you want to set the course mapping definition.
Training General Information Unit |
From the drop down list box, select the organization unit in which the Training General Information Unit is deployed. |
Department |
From the drop down list box, select the department in which the position, to which you want to map the courses, exists. |
Position |
From the drop down list box, select the position to which you want to map courses. The list displays all the existing positions in the selected department. |
Enter the following details in the “Courses List” multiline.
Course Code |
The identification code of the course. Help Available |
The system displays the short description of the course in the “Course Description” field.
Course Mandatory |
From the drop-down list box, select

Automatic Sponsorship |
From the drop-down list box, select

Completion Period (Months) |
The length of the course in months. |
Enter any remarks on the position course mapping in the “Comments” field.
To enter detailed comments/room setup details
Select the book icon beside the “Comments”/"Room Setup Details" field.
The system displays a dialog box. containing the text that was entered previously, if any.
You can view, modify or delete the content.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
To reuse the mapping information already created for another position
Select the position, the mapping details of which you want to apply to the earlier selected posiion, from the "Default with Position" drop down list box .
The system displays the details in the "Course List" multiline.
If required the details can be changed to suit the requirements.
To save the details
Select the "Save" pushbutton.
