Editing the training evaluation setup
4 Select the “Edit Training Evaluation Setup” option from “Edit Course” page.
4 The “Edit Evaluation Setup” page appears.
4 The system displays the following:

The date format applicable to
the login user. |

The name of the training general information unit selected in the previous page. |

Course Code |
The unique course code and the description. |
4 You can edit the following details:

Evaluation Tests |
The test you defined for the purpose of evaluation. |

Weights |
The weightage given for any given evaluation tests. |
|
Minimum Desired Ratings |
The minimum desired rating defined to clear the evaluation tests. |
|
Maximum Ratings |
The maximum desired ratings for the evaluation tests. |
4 Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered. The following detail gets displayed in the multiline.

Weights (In %) |
The weightage of the evaluation test, in percentage. |
4 Select the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the record.
