Time Booking and Exception Report
Select the “Time Booking and Exception Report” link from the left pane.
The “Time Booking and Exception Report” page appears.
Enter the following.
Employee |
From the drop-down list box, select the employee code. Note that you can select the exception “All” to retrieve the time booking and exception report of all the employees. |
From Date |
The date from which you require to view the time booking and exception report of the employees’. |
To Date |
The date until which you require to view the time booking and exception report of the employees’. |
Click on the “Report” pushbutton to generate the time booking and exception report.
The system generates the report with the following details.
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Date |
The date for which you can view the time booking entries. |
Total Hours |
The total number of hours booked by the employee on the date specified. |
Authorized Hours |
The number of hours for which the time booking has been authorized on the date specified. |
Pending Hours |
The number of hours for which the time booking is pending for authorization on the date specified. |
Working Day? |
The system displays any one of the following options

Exception Status |
The system displays any one of the following exception statuses

Enter the following in the report to export to excel sheet or save the report.
Directory |
The absolute path of the directory where you intend to save the file. |
File Name |
The name of the file. |
Click on the “Save to CSV” pushbutton to save the report.
Click on the “Export to Excel” pushbutton to export the time booking and exception report to an excel sheet.
