Cab Request Form
Select the “Cab Request Form” from the left pane.
The “Cab Request Form” page appears.
When the Login User is Employee/Project Manager
Enter the following details in the header:
Employment Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the employment unit to which an employee belongs. |
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following details in the header:
Request No |
The home drop request number. |
Click the “Get” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the request number details.
Enter the following details in the header:
Request Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the request type. The combo is loaded with “New” and “Existing”. The system by default displays “New”. |
Note: The combo is loaded with “Existing” only when the request is saved in the draft.
The system displays the following.
Request Date |
The home drop request date placed by the employee. |
Status |
The home drop request status. The status can be “Draft”, “Submitted”, “Approved”, “Rejected” or “Cancelled”. |
Employee Code |
The identification code of an employee. . |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Department |
The department in which the employee works in. |
Supervisor Name |
The name of the supervisor whom the employee is reporting to. |
Enter the following details in the header:
From Place |
The origin place for pick up. |
To Place |
The destination place to drop. |
Note: In the above fields, you can either enter the Place or select from the list edit provided. When you type in the first character or first few characters, the list edit opens up with the similar place names from which you can select the required From Place.
Enter the following details in the header:
Pick Time |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the pickup time. The combo is loaded with the values selected in the “From Place”. Mandatory. |
Reason for Late Stay |
The reason for late stay. |
Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the home drop request. |
Note: This field is enabled only for the “Project Manager” role.
Enter the following details in the header:
Project ID |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the project ID. |
Project Manager |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the project manager name. The combo is loaded with the project managers mapped to the selected project ID for the request date. |
The system displays the Note message
Click the “Save Draft” pushbutton to maintain the details.
The system generates the request number and the status is updated to “Draft”.
Click the “Submit” pushbutton
The status is updated to “Submitted” and a mail is triggered to the selected project manager.
Note: The “Save Draft” and “Submit” pushbuttons will be visible only when the login user is “Employee”.
Click the “Approve” pushbutton to approve the request.
Click the “Cancel” pushbutton to cancel the request.
Click the “Reject” pushbutton to reject the request.
Note: The “Approve”, “Cancel” and “Reject” pushbuttons will be visible only when the login user is “Project Manger”.
