Date Format

Division

The division to which the employee belongs.

Section

The section to which the employee is assigned.

Work Location

The work location of the employee.

Employee Type

From the drop-down list box, select the type of the employee.

Supervisor

The name of the supervisor.

To Date

The date up to which the employee time sheet details are to be retrieved.

Process

The process applicable to the organization unit.

Product

The product of the organization unit.

Line

The line applicable to the organization unit.

Position

The position of the employee in the organization.

Grade Set

The grade set to which the employee belongs.

Help available.

Grade

The grade to which the employee belongs.

Help available.

Shift Code

The code identifying the shift.

Schedule

The schedule of employee shift.

Cost Center

The cost center to which the employee is mapped.

Payroll

From the drop-down list box, select the payroll applicable to the employee.

Payset

From the drop-down list box, select the pay set to which the employee is mapped.
