Select the “Record training Cost” option from the left pane.
The “Select Course to Edit Training Cost” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. |
Specify the following details.
Training Administration Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must edit training cost. |
Training Calendar Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must create training calendar groups. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units where you have permission to create training calendar groups. These organization units are called setup OUs. A setup organization unit is an organization unit in which you normally define master information. There are other organization units that can access information from this setup organization unit. |
Training Calendar |
Select the required training calendar from the drop-down list box. The Training calendar can be ”Internal” or “External”. Since it has more than one value, by default, the system displays “Select” in the drop-down list box. |
You can select the required course through the search criteria.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box.
Program |
To view all the program descriptions containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in PRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix PRG. |
Module |
To view all the module codes and descriptions containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in TRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix TRG. |
Course |
To view all the course codes and names containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in C*, the system will display all the records having the prefix C. |
Faculty code |
To view all the faculty codes containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in C*, the system will display all the records having the prefix C. |
Faculty Name |
To view all the faculty names containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in JO*, the system will display all the records having the prefix JO. |
From Date |
To view all the courses that started on a particular date, type in a starting range of these dates. |
To Date |
To view all the courses that ended on a particular date, type in a starting range of these dates. |
Select “Search” pushbutton.
On selecting the search pushbutton the following will be displayed in the “Search Result” multiline.
Program |
The description of the program. |
Module |
The description of the module. |
Course |
The description of the course. |
Faculty Code |
The unique code that identifies the faculty. |
Faculty Name |
The name of the faculty. |
Start Date |
The start date of the training program, module or course. |
End Date |
The end date of the training program, module or course. |
Select the data hyperlink on the required course in the multiline, and the “Edit Training Expense” page appears.
To proceed
Select “Edit Training Expenses” link from “Select course to edit training cost “page.
