The “Authorize Updation of Qualification Details” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details |
|
Course Code |
The unique code pertaining to the course. |
|
Course |
The name of the course. |
|
Start Date |
The date on which the selected course started. |
|
End Date |
The date on which the selected course was completed. |
The following details are displayed under the “Qualification Acquired” multiline.
|
Qualification Code |
The unique code pertaining to the qualification. |
|
Qualification Type |
The type of the qualification. It can take any one of the following values : “ Professional” or “Technical” |
|
Qualification Description |
The unique description pertaining to the qualification. |
|
Qualification Level |
The level of the qualification. It can take any one of the following values: “Undergraduate”, “Postgraduate”, “Diploma”, “Certification” and “License”. |

Specialization |
The area of specialization, with respect to the qualification. |
|
Period From |
The starting period from which the updated qualification is valid. |
|
Period To |
The ending period till which the updated qualification is valid. |
|
Effective From |
The date from which the updated qualification details take effect. |
The following details are displayed in the “Employee details” multiline.

Employee |
The unique code pertaining to the employee and the name of the employee. |
|
Position Title |
The title of position held by the employee. |
|
Department |
The name of the department to which the employee belongs. |
|
Job Title |
the title of the job held by the employee. |
|
Assignment No. |
The assignment number of the employee. |
|
Employment Unit |
The name of the employment unit to which the employee belongs. |
Select the required option from the drop-down list box beside the Update field in the multiline.

Update |
Specify ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to update the competency level. Since there are two values, by default, the system displays blank value in the drop- down list box. Select “yes” to update the competency or select “no”, if you do not want to update the competency level. |
Enter the following detail pertaining to the authorization of the competency, in the multiline

Rejection Reason |
The reason for rejecting the updation of the competency. |
Select “save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
